Guests may sign up at the Guest Services desk on the Promenade Level behind home plate through the end of the seventh inning. Sign up kiosk locations can also be found on the Willie Mays Ramp near the Giants Dugout Store entrance into the ballpark, or at section 311 on the View Level concourse. Any guest wearing a Designated Driver wristband and consuming alcohol is subject to ejection from the ballpark.

The Giants are dedicated to providing a high-quality entertainment experience at Oracle Park. In addition, any guest entering the field of play or throwing objects in the stands or onto the field, with the exception of home run balls, may face arrest and prosecution.
