Welcome to Canadian Tire Center, home of your Ottawa Senators. Thank you for joining us for another great season. We sincerely believe we have the best fans in the National Hockey League, and in order to provide an exceptional experience for all patrons of CTC, we ask that you keep the following Code of Conduct in mind. CTC and the Ottawa Senators are committed to providing a family atmosphere where fans of all ages enjoy world class hockey. We ask that you have a great time, but please respect fans around you by being aware of your language.
Please drink responsibly – whether you’re driving home or not, responsible alcohol consumption includes respectful behavior and having a designated driver.
Please refrain from moving up and down the aisles during play, so everyone can enjoy the action on the ice.
CTC is located in our Nation’s capital which means that people from all over the world come here to enjoy our National sport, Hockey. If someone seated near you is a fan of the opposing team, please treat them as a guest in our home. Fans who verbally abuse other patrons, fight, throw objects or attempt to enter the playing surface will be removed from CTC. For the safety of the players the NHL prohibits the throwing of objects onto the ice. Anyone caught throwing an object onto the ice could be subject to ejection from CTC and/or criminal prosecution.
FINALLY, IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING. Guest Services is located at Section 201 on the concourse and works diligently to make your experience great. You can also ask for assistance with any employee during the game. In addition, you can call 613-599-0100.
Thank you for choosing to spend your evening with the Ottawa Senators at Canadian Tire Center. Go Sens Go!
