Normalized Designated Driver Calculation

We want every team to be on a level playing field in the RESPONSIBILITY BOWL III, so rather than using the raw number of designated driver signups, we will calculate a normalized number of signups per 68,274 fans using the following formula:

The league-wide average attendance for the 2015 season was approximately 68,274. Using this as a baseline, we will calculate a normalized number of designated driver signups each game that will take stadium size and ticket sales out of the equation.
