The Denver Broncos promote responsible drinking and positive fan behavior at Empower Field at Mile High. The Broncos Fan Code of Conduct and the details of the Broncos alcohol management plan that appear below ensure that fans have a safe and fun experience.

TEAM Training is conducted at Empower Field at Mile High by Aramark, Argus, and the Denver Broncos.

There are 8 locations of the designated driver program at Empower Field at Mile High. Fans who pledge to be designated drivers receive a complimentary soft drink or Non-Alcohol brew and a chance to be selected as the Designated Driver for the Game. Designated Drivers for the Game are recognized on the stadium video board and receive a $100 gift card for the Broncos team store. At the end of the regular season, one winner – the Designated Driver for the Season – will be selected and receive a $1,000 gift certificate to the Broncos team store.

If a fan violates the Fan Code of Conduct and fails to identify themselves to stadium staff, the fan is subject to penalty, including being barred from the stadium and subject to a league-wide ban. The ticket holder of record may be subject to disciplinary measures including ticket suspension.
