Responsibility

Decide to Ride (Designated Drivers)

Designated Driver is now Decide to Ride program. Fans of legal drinking age who hold a valid driver’s license are eligible to pledge one of the following:

  • Pledge to become a designated driver
  • Pledge to not drink alcohol beverages during the game
  • Pledge to drink responsibly by not driving and utilizing ride share as an alternative

Just scan the QR Codes located at any Guest Services Center (Sections 100,118,500,527); Guest Services Booths (Sections 118, 134, 519, 546) or any of the four concierge desks on the Club Level.

Drivers will receive a redeemable coupon for use at the concessions stands. Drivers can redeem the coupon for one free Michelob Ultra Zero non-alcoholic beer or a Coca-Cola fountain soda during the game.

Code of Conduct


Ravens fans are the best in the NFL due to their enthusiasm, team support, and sportsmanship. Fans help shape the Ravens’ image. We encourage creating a high-energy environment while maintaining a friendly and family-oriented atmosphere.

Abusive/foul or offensive language or obscene gestures—including concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, color, gender, religion, creed, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression or national origin; or to instigate, incite or encourage confrontation or assault—fighting, unruly behavior, or illegal actions will not be tolerated and will result in immediate ejection without refund. Offenders are subject to possible legal consequences, and PSL Owners will be notified regarding incidents with guests holding tickets for their seats. Patterns of inappropriate behavior may result in loss of PSL and Season Ticket rights.

All game day employees work together to ensure a positive experience. Have fun, root hard, show respect for fans around you, but don’t be a jerk!
