The Philadelphia Union promotes responsible drinking and positive fan behavior at Subaru Park. The Union Fan Code of Conduct and the details of the alcohol management plan that appear below ensure that fans have a safe and fun experience.

Alcohol management and responsible service training at Subaru Park is conducted by Aramark (concessions operator) in line with MLS and venue standards to promote safe consumption and fan safety. (Not currently led by TEAM Coalition.)
The Designated Driver Program presented by Coors Light (Molson Coors) is available at Subaru Park. Fans who pledge to be a designated driver (no alcohol consumption, provide safe transport, etc.) can register at Guest Services and receive a complimentary soft drink. Subaru Park and the Philadelphia Union, in alignment with Major League Soccer, are committed to a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience. Guests have the right to expect:

  • A respectful environment free from unruly, disruptive, threatening, violent, or illegal behavior, including verbal/physical harassment of officials, players, staff, or fans.
  • No intoxication leading to irresponsible actions; responsible alcohol consumption only by those 21+.
  • No fighting, thrown objects, attempts to enter the field, political/inciting messages, foul/sexist/racial/obscene language or gestures.
  • Compliance with staff requests on policies, operations, and emergencies.
  • Prompt return of balls to staff/ball kids.
  • No unauthorized transmissions or disorderly conduct.
  • Specifics: No away team colors in the River End; flags/banners/tifo must be pre-approved (contact Fan Services at 877-21-UNION or FanServices@philadelphiaunion.com 48+ hours in advance); only credentialed Sons of Ben on capo stands (Section 137).
  • No confetti (streamers prohibited); violations subject to ejection, banishment (including league-wide), arrest, or season ticket revocation.

MLS pledges fans’ rights to a safe/clean environment, courteous treatment, respect, good sportsmanship, and more. Guests violating the code may be ejected without refund and face further sanctions.
