TEAM Training is conducted at Inter&Co Stadium by Orlando City SC and Spectra (venue operator), in partnership with TEAM Coalition, to certify staff in responsible alcohol management and fan safety.
Fans at Inter&Co Stadium are encouraged to participate in the Heineken Designated Driver program. Supporters who pledge to be a designated driver commit to:

  • Not consuming alcohol at the event.
  • Providing safe, sober transportation home for their group.
  • Ensuring everyone buckles up – every trip, every time.

Those who pledge receive a complimentary soft drink and entry into the Major League Soccer Responsibility Has Its Rewards Sweepstakes.

Inter&Co Stadium and Orlando City SC are committed to creating a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable entertainment experience for all guests. Guests have a right to expect an environment where:

  • Guests are treated in a consistent, professional, and courteous manner by venue personnel.
  • Guests enjoy events free from disruptive behavior, including foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Guests consume alcoholic beverages responsibly. Intervention with impaired, intoxicated, or underage guests is handled promptly and safely.
  • Guests sit only in their ticketed seats/areas and show tickets when requested.
  • Guests engaging in fighting, throwing objects, or attempting to enter the field of play are immediately ejected.
  • Smoking/vaping is prohibited in the venue (except designated areas, if any).
  • No obscene or indecent messages appear on signs or clothing.
  • Guests comply with venue staff requests regarding operations and emergency procedures.
  • Guests can communicate discreetly with guest service centers for assistance with unruly fans or other issues.
  • Violations may result in ejection without refund, possible arrest, bans (including league-wide), or revocation of season tickets.

All fans must follow Florida state laws on alcohol (21+ to purchase/consume). The stadium reserves the right to deny entry to impaired individuals and modify policies as needed.
