The Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Challenge is a competition between two of the NL Central Clubs: the Cincinnati Reds and the Chicago Cubs. The winner of Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Challenge was the MLB Club with the most total points at the end of the 2015 regular season. Points were earned when fans pledged to be Good Sports – designated drivers – at MLB games.
In 2014, the participating NL Central Clubs had a record number of fans pledge to be designated drivers – 8,103 in total. The Clubs competing consider the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Challenge a success when even more fans pledge to be responsible in 2015. The Reds and Cubs combined designated driver total for 2015 was 11,859 – making the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Challenge a huge success!
